BOOKING CONDITIONS:
• Prices valid for 7 days after quotation
• All bookings subject to transport & fuel levy based on amount of guests and distance from our premises to the function address for the return trip
• 50% deposit payable upon booking
• Balance of payment 72hrs prior to function and proof mailed to us
• Final number of guests to be confirmed 1 WEEK prior to function and final confirmation to confirm menu and extras as requested
• Allowance of one hour can be applied to serving time booked
• Cancellation policy: within 72hrs of function, forfeit deposit payment. 15% Admin fee charged for other cancellations
• Crockery and Cutlery will be provided: plates, knives, forks (lost items will be charged for)
• No tables, glasses or tablecloths included
